It’s tulu tuesday! Today we want to share a little bit about the background of tulu events. As many of you know, we are family. We are technically cousins, but were raised in such a close-knit family we consider ourselves sisters. Tulu was named after our nicknames for each other, Tutu and Lulu--half of me + half of you!
For years, we have played with the idea of starting an event planning + design business together. After brainstorming and many conversations, we saw the opportunity and went for it!
Toria has several years of learning the ins and outs of weddings and events in the Wedding Capital of Texas, "I am so excited to bring everything I have learned back home. I graduated from Texas State University with a Bachelor of Public Relations. This led me to a career where my work was published in top wedding sites such as The Knot, Brides, and Wedding Wire. I have had the opportunity to plan, design, coordinate, and provide florals for some of Texas’ top weddings. I consider myself to be young, yet seasoned!"
From fashion to decor, Libby thrives on unique elements and brainstorming fun new ideas."I was born and raised in West Texas and am proud to be raising my little family here. I am a West Texas A&M University graduate where I obtained my Master of Business Administration in Marketing. With a background in marketing and retail, I found a passion for event planning and design. I am inspired by all things weddings, from intimate events to formal affairs. Together, we can plan a wedding that reflects you and your one-of-a-kind love story."
